We do it for you

79 € per document, final price, no VAT charged. You send us the file, we send it back finished within 48 hours once the file and the payment are in.

For everyone who has no time, would rather not double-check, or has a difficult document.

We convert, check every unclear source by hand and tell you exactly what is left to do in Word. For that we need your file – so no upload without your okay. We delete it 7 days after delivery.

  1. Fill in the form. It opens an e-mail to us; attach your Word file (.docx) and send it.
  2. We check first. We run the free check on your file and tell you whether and how well it can be converted. If it cannot, it costs nothing.
  3. Invoice and bank transfer. You receive an invoice by e-mail from RAVIA OPS LIMITED for 79 € (final price, no VAT charged) and transfer the amount; the bank details are on the invoice. Not through Lemon Squeezy.
  4. We convert and check. We assign every unclear source by hand. Within 48 hours after the file and the payment are in, you get the new file, the report and a short list of what is left to do in Word, by e-mail.

Up to 300 citations per file. For larger files we send you a quote first.

Your file stays with us. We do not upload it to any cloud service and do not pass it on. Only the person doing the conversion has access. More in the privacy policy.

Questions about the service

What exactly do I get?

The converted file (…_zotero.docx) with real Zotero citations, CiteMove's report as a text file, and a short list: which sources we matched, which we created, and what you should still review in Word.

Do I need Zotero for this?

Yes, to keep working: you open the finished file in Word, click Refresh in the Zotero tab and pick your style. The citations carry their data with them. So that you can edit citations later, the sources should also be in your Zotero library. We agree how you receive the sources by e-mail before the job starts.

How do I pay?

By invoice: after the free check we send you an invoice by e-mail from RAVIA OPS LIMITED, you transfer the amount to the account on the invoice, and we deliver within 48 hours after the payment arrives. The service does not run through Lemon Squeezy.

How large may the document be?

Up to 300 citations per file at the fixed price. If your document has more, tell us roughly how many and you get a quote first.

What if the document cannot be converted?

Then we tell you after the first check, and it costs nothing. Documents that can only be converted in part we discuss with you first.
