The passes (Thesis Pass, Annual Pass) are sold through our payment provider. Your contracting party for the purchase, the issuer of the invoice and the party remitting VAT is Lemon Squeezy, operated by Link, LLC (formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC), 222 Main Street, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, USA, as the merchant of record. We are nevertheless happy to answer questions about invoices and refunds directly.

The “We do it for you” service (79 € per document) is provided by RAVIA OPS LIMITED itself; the invoice for it comes by e-mail from RAVIA OPS LIMITED.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
